Piekna Pani Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails, eyelashes, and skincare products cannot be returned once opened/used. We have an updated Return and refund Policy for Lingerie on the “TryFit by Piekna Pani” page.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• Exchange is possible only if the product is defective or damaged during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and opened personal-care products.
